Am I allowed to post my pictures on Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/etc?

Please do! Because it represents both of us professionally, please avoid the use of any filters/phone edits. A credit or link is always appreciated so I can find you too! My usernames for tagging - IG: @HandsoffTheAndoff, Facebook: Hayley Andoff Photography, Twitter: @HayleyAndoff

What about makeup/hair?

One look mini shoots are booked into smaller timeblocks so actors are asked to arrive with their make-up and hair ready to shoot. For anything larger than the one look mini shoot, let me know if you’d like to book our makeup/hair artist. This costs $200 paid directly to the artist, and adds about an hour to your session time. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit/etransfer/cash

You’ll receive an emailed invoice the day before your shoot. You can either pay securely online by credit card or bank transfer through that invoice, etransfer to hayleyandoff@gmail.com, or cash at the session. Payment is due at the time of the session.

Do you only shoot actors?

Nope! I shoot corporate headshots, in-studio engagement shoots, musicians, families.... send me an email with the type of shoot you have in mind, and I'll get back to you with a quote to suit your needs.

Can I bring someone with me?

While we’ve always welcomed guests in the past, we are asking as a Covid-19 precaution that you come alone (or with one parent/chaperone) for now.

What do I wear?

You just need one top per “look” (pants won’t be visible in the shots so you don’t need changes). Any colour is fine, wear what suits you. Black can be great, but I recommend avoiding solid white. When in doubt, go simple - plain and fitted casual clothes keep the focus on YOU, rather than your fashion. Best to avoid accessories, or anything distracting like beading, logos, busy patterns, etc.

How long after the shoot do I get my images?

You'll receive the link to your full shoot within a week of your session. All images are high resolution, no watermarks, fully downloadable, and unretouched. Standard retouching can be ordered at any time after the shoot ($35+HST per image).

Is there parking?

There’s street parking throughout the neighbourhood (both paid and some free), and two Green P lots at Queen and Broadview (approximately 5 min walk from studio). You’ll be receiving a parking map by email the night before your shoot.
